A well-established law firm in Rhyl is seeking an experienced Military Claims Locum to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as acting Claims Officer, handling all claim types including tort, personnel, and property.
- Investigate, process, and resolve claims in accordance with military laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with the Military and Foreign Claims Acts.
- Advise leadership on claims procedures and potential legal risks.
- Coordinate with JAG, civilian attorneys, and claimants to settle claims efficiently.
- Train and supervise personnel on claims processes and documentation standards.
- Ensure continuity of legal services during staff absences.
Requirements:
- Qualified solicitor with significant experience in Military Claims Law.
- Excellent communication and client care skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a busy caseload.
