The Role
- This position offers the opportunity to manage a busy and varied residential conveyancing caseload within a supportive and collaborative team.
- Managing a full residential property caseload, including sales, purchases and re-mortgages.
- Advising clients throughout the conveyancing process and ensuring matters progress efficiently.
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating legal documentation.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal procedures.
- Qualified Solicitor with experience in residential conveyancing.
- Ability to manage files independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with leasehold and new-build matters.
