Sellick Partnership are excited to be working with a national Chambers and Legal 500 ranked firm in Manchester City Centre who are looking for an Employment Associate/Senior Associate to join their team.
You can expect to be fully involved in representing a great client base, from SMEs to PLCs, across a range of sectors including retail, sport, manufacturing, financial services, industrial services and healthcare.
- Preparing for employment tribunal cases, including preparation of Claim/Response, Employment Tribunal Applications etc.
- Advocacy in employment tribunals.
- HR project work on restructurings, redundancies and TUPE.
- Drafting correspondence to the Employment Tribunal, opposing Solicitors, witnesses, ACAS, client advice.
- General queries about flexible working, maternity rights, paternity rights, etc.
- Commercial awareness.
- First class academic and excellent training record.
