Job Description We are currently working with a well-established and highly respected regional law firm that is looking to appoint an Employment Solicitor to join its growing Employment team based in Luton.This is an excellent opportunity for a Newly Qualified Solicitor through to around 4 years' PQE to join a supportive and collaborative team, advising a diverse client base on a broad range of employment law matters. The Role As an Employment Solicitor, you will manage your own varied caseload while working alongside experienced colleagues on more complex matters. Managing a varied caseload of employment law matters with an appropriate level of autonomy. Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies, handbooks, and other employment documentation. Providing pragmatic, commercially focused legal advice tailored to clients' objectives. Building and maintaining strong client relationships through exceptional client service. Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider firm to deliver outstanding legal solutions. Qualified Solicitor with NQ-4 years' PQE in Employment Law. Strong commercial awareness and the ability to understand clients' objectives. A commitment to delivering high standards of client care and developing long-term relationships.
