We are currently working with a well-established and highly respected regional law firm that is looking to appoint an Employment Solicitor to join its growing Employment team based in Luton. This is an excellent opportunity for a Newly Qualified Solicitor through to around 4 years' PQE to join a supportive and collaborative team, advising a diverse client base on a broad range of employment law matters. The role offers exposure to high-quality work, genuine career development opportunities, and the chance to build strong client relationships within a forward-thinking firm.

The Role:

  • Manage your own varied caseload while working alongside experienced colleagues on more complex matters.
  • Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies, handbooks, and other employment documentation.
  • Providing pragmatic, commercially focused legal advice tailored to clients' objectives.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships through exceptional client service.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider firm to deliver outstanding legal solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Qualified Solicitor with NQ-4 years' PQE in Employment Law.
