I am working with a highly regarded boutique Legal 500 law firm in Central London that is seeking to appoint an experienced Private Client Partner as part of its strategic growth. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a firm known for the quality of its work, long‐standing client relationships and collaborative culture. The firm advises a high‐net‐worth client base, including entrepreneurs, landed families, international clients and trustees.
The successful candidate will play a key role in leading and further developing the firm's private client offering. The practice covers the full spectrum of private client work, including:
- Complex wills and estate planning
- Inheritance tax and succession planning
- Trusts and trust administration
- Advising family offices, business owners and international clients
- Court of Protection and related advisory work (desirable but not essential)
You will have the autonomy to shape the practice, supported by an established and well‐regarded team, with genuine cross‐referral opportunities across the firm.
About you:
- An existing Private Client Partner, or Senior Associate / Legal Director ready for partnership
- Strong technical private client expertise
- A following is welcome but not essential; the firm is open to supporting growth
- Commercial, relationship‐driven and collaborative in approach
- Ambition to play a long‐term role in a boutique practice
Why This Firm?
- Legal 500‐ranked, high‐quality private client work
- Boutique culture with real partner influence

- Competitive remuneration and flexible structures considered
This opportunity would suit a private client lawyer looking to step into a more influential partner role, or an established partner seeking a more collegiate, high‐quality environment.
