We are working with a client who is looking to appoint an experienced Locum Litigation Solicitor with a minimum of 4 years' PQE to provide support to their team. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload across civil, commercial, and property litigation matters, providing high-quality legal advice and handling matters through to resolution.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 4 years' post-qualified experience (PQE) in litigation.
  • Strong experience across civil, commercial, and property litigation.
  • The ability to manage a varied caseload independently and provide immediate support.
  • Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach.
  • A practical and commercially minded approach to dispute resolution.

Working arrangements:

This is an immediate-start locum opportunity for a candidate available at short notice (ideally within the next month). A hybrid working arrangement will be available. During the initial month, the successful candidate will be expected to work predominantly on-site to support integration with the team and understand the requirements of the role. Following this period, the role will typically require no more than two days per week in the office. Due to the need for regular office attendance, candidates must be based within a reasonable commuting distance; those located too far from the office will not be suitable.

Rates: Competitive and reasonable locum rates available, dependent on experience.
