This is a great opportunity for a solicitor at NQ to 3 years PQE to gain exposure to a varied commercial property caseload within a supportive and collaborative working environment.
The Role
- Managing a range of commercial property matters, including: acquisitions and disposals; commercial leases; landlord and tenant matters; development and property finance work
- Handling matters from instruction through to completion
- Providing clear, practical advice to clients
- Working closely with colleagues across the property team
The Ideal Candidate
- Qualified Solicitor (or equivalent) NQ - 3 years PQE
