This is an excellent opportunity for a talented Clinical Negligence Solicitor with 4-8 PQE to join a respected and specialist team handling high-quality, complex work.

The role offers the chance to work on significant clinical negligence claims while developing your expertise within a supportive and ambitious environment.

The role will include: Managing a varied caseload of complex clinical negligence claims.

Handling claims involving serious injury, life-changing outcomes and high-value disputes.

Advising clients throughout the litigation process and providing a high level of client care.

Building strong relationships with clients, medical experts and other stakeholders.

Contributing to the continued growth and success of the team.

Supporting and mentoring more junior members of the team where appropriate.

The ideal candidate will: Be a qualified Solicitor with 4-8 PQE experience in clinical negligence.

Have strong experience handling claimant clinical negligence matters.

Be confident managing complex cases from inception through to settlement.

Have excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for achieving the best outcomes for clients.

Be commercially aware with a strong interest in developing their career within a leading specialist practice.
