A specialist claimant law firm is seeking an experienced Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its established Travel Law Team on a locum basis, with an immediate start available. This is a fully remote opportunity offering flexible working alongside a high quality caseload of complex and interesting travel litigation matters.

The Role

You will handle a varied caseload of claimant travel law matters, including:

  • Holiday illness and food poisoning claims
  • Accidents abroad, including hotel and transport-related incidents
  • Serious injury and fatal accident claims
  • Medical repatriation matters
  • Flight delay and cancellation compensation claims under UK and EU regulations

The successful candidate will be confident managing files autonomously and providing excellent client care throughout the claims process.

Candidate Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
  • Previous experience in personal injury and/or travel law litigation
  • Ability to manage a caseload independently
  • Strong knowledge of the CPR and pre-action protocols
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
