We are working with a highly regarded law firm seeking an ambitious Litigation Paralegal to join their growing disputes team in Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity for a high-calibre graduate or early-career paralegal with strong academics who is looking to take real ownership of their own caseload.

The Role

This is a hands-on position offering genuine responsibility, where you will be trusted to run your own cases with appropriate support. You will be involved in a broad range of litigation matters and play an active role in the progression of files from instruction through to resolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing your own caseload of litigation matters under minimal supervision
  • Drafting legal documents, correspondence, and court forms
  • Preparing bundles and supporting court proceedings
  • Conducting legal research and analysing case law
  • Liaising directly with clients, courts, and third parties
  • Ensuring deadlines and procedural requirements are met

  • Strong academic background (essential)
  • Previous litigation experience is beneficial but not essential
