A friendly and busy law firm in Lincolnshire is looking to appoint an experienced Private Client Locum to provide support while they recruit on a permanent basis.
This is an ongoing assignment with an ASAP start, offering the opportunity to join a supportive team and manage an established caseload with minimal supervision.
The successful locum will be handling a broad range of private client matters, including:
- Wills
- Probate and estate administration
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Court of Protection matters (desirable but not essential)
- Trusts and estate planning, depending on experience
