A well established Lancashire firm is seeking an experienced Family Locum to join the team on an ongoing basis while they recruit permanently. The successful candidate will handle a mixed caseload of Legal Aid and privately funded family matters, including:

  • Divorce and separation
  • Financial remedy matters
  • Private children proceedings
  • Care proceedings
  • Injunction applications

This is an excellent opportunity for a locum available to start ASAP and assist a busy and supportive department.
