A highly regarded law firm is seeking an experienced Employment Law Locum to join its team from July 2026. This opportunity has arisen due to a senior member of the Employment team taking a sabbatical. The firm is undertaking a permanent recruitment process but requires an experienced locum to provide continuity and support during the transition period.
The Role
- Senior Employment Law Locum
- Start date: July 2026
- Full time preferred (flexible arrangements may be considered)
- Ongoing assignment until a permanent appointment is made
- Established caseload and supportive team environment
- Competitive hourly rate
The Candidate
- Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced Employment Law Locum
- Strong background in advising employers and/or employees on a broad range of employment matters
- Experience handling contentious and non-contentious employment work
- Able to manage a caseload independently from the outset
- Available to commence in July 2026
