Job Description An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Paralegal to join a highly regarded and busy Real Estate & Projects team in Leeds. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced property paralegal looking to take the next step in their career, working alongside experienced Solicitors and Partners while developing their own caseload across a broad range of high-quality property transactions. You'll work with a varied client base including Registered Providers, management companies, landowners, investors, charities and developers, gaining exposure to both commercial and residential property work. Building and developing your own caseload Working closely with the wider team and contributing to business development and training initiatives Have a 2:2 degree or above in Law or an appropriate conversion Have 3+ years' experience dealing with the conveyancing process Have demonstrable commercial or residential property experience Possess strong legal research and drafting skills If you're an experienced Property Paralegal looking to take the next step within a high-quality Real Estate team, with the opportunity to develop your own caseload and gain exposure to interesting development and property work, we'd love to hear from you.
