A growing corporate team is seeking an experienced Corporate Lawyer to join their Leeds office at Associate or Principal Associate level. This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer with strong transactional experience to work on a range of corporate deals, develop client relationships, and contribute to the growth of the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, disposals, and reorganisations
- Draft and negotiate transaction documentation, conduct due diligence, and prepare client advice
- Develop client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives
- Work collaboratively with colleagues on complex and cross-border corporate matters
- Provide guidance and mentoring to junior team members
The Candidate
- Qualified solicitor with 2-8 years' PQE in corporate law
- Strong technical ability and commercial awareness
- Excellent client service and relationship-building skills
- Proactive, team-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities
