We are working with a growing law firm in Leeds, established in 2015, that is looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Property Locum to provide support whilst they recruit on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will join a busy and supportive team, handling a varied commercial property caseload including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, leases, development work, and general commercial property transactions.

The Successful Candidate Will Have:
- Proven commercial property experience
- The ability to manage their own caseload with minimal supervision
- Strong technical knowledge and a practical approach to client service
- Availability to start at short notice
