We are currently working with a Legal 500 ranked firm in London that is looking for a talented International Private Client Partner to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and experienced International Private Client law professional to join an expanding and supportive team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead and grow the international private client practice, focusing on UK tax, wealth structuring, and cross-border succession planning for high-net-worth individuals and families.
  • Develop and manage strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on complex international matters.
  • Drive business development and contribute to the firm's overall strategic goals.
  • Oversee and support the delivery of high-quality legal advice across jurisdictions.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop junior lawyers within the team.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across departments and international offices to provide integrated client service.
  • Keep up to date with legal and tax developments affecting private clients globally.
  • Represent the firm externally to enhance its profile in the private wealth market.

The successful candidate:

  • 8 + years PQE with experience gained within a national or city firm.
  • Excellent at building client relationships and explaining legal matters clearly.
  • Able to manage a diverse caseload independently while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Business-minded with a proactive approach to development and growth.
  • Flexible, solution-oriented, and strong at problem-solving.
  • Leadership experience, including mentoring and managing legal teams.
