You will join a well-established Commercial team, working closely with experienced lawyers on a broad range of commercial matters. The role offers excellent client exposure from the outset and the opportunity to develop strong technical and commercial expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements
- Advising clients on day-to-day commercial and contractual matters
- Supporting on complex commercial transactions and projects

- Building and maintaining strong client relationships

About You
- Newly Qualified Solicitor, or due to qualify shortly
- Experience gained within a Commercial Law seat during training
