Corporate Associate Solicitor (3+ PQE) Basingstoke | £53,000-£60,000 + Benefits A long standing and well-established Legal 500 multi service firm are looking to add a Corporate Associate Solicitor (3+ PQE) to join its growing Corporate team in Basingstoke.

This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a thriving boutique practice with an outstanding reputation for delivering high-quality legal advice to a diverse client base.

You'll work alongside experienced partners and solicitors on a broad range of complex, high-value corporate transactions while enjoying genuine opportunities for progression as the team continues to expand.

You will advise a broad spectrum of clients, including owner-managed businesses, SMEs, entrepreneurs and investors, on a variety of corporate matters, including: Mergers and acquisitions Company sales and acquisitions Management buyouts and buy-ins Shareholder agreements and corporate restructures Joint ventures General company law and governance matters You'll have the opportunity to take ownership of your own matters while also supporting senior lawyers on sophisticated, high-value transactions.
