Are you an experienced Private Client Solicitor looking to step away from fee earning while remaining at the forefront of technical legal practice? My client, a top-ranked Legal 500 firm is seeking a Professional Support Lawyer to join its highly regarded Private Client team. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a strategic, knowledge-led role, supporting lawyers across a broad range of private client matters while driving technical excellence, innovation and best practice.
Working closely with partners and lawyers across the department, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping how legal knowledge is created, shared and applied. From developing precedents and delivering training to supporting thought leadership and legal innovation, you'll help ensure the team continues to provide exceptional advice to clients.
Working collaboratively across the Private Wealth & Inheritance team, you will:
- Develop, maintain and enhance high-quality precedents, templates and know-how resources.
- Provide technical guidance and legal research on complex private client matters.
- Act as a trusted technical sounding board on wills, trusts, estate planning and contentious probate issues.
- Monitor legal, tax and regulatory developments, ensuring the team remains up to date with legislative changes and best practice.
- Design and deliver engaging training sessions, technical updates and learning programmes for solicitors, trainees and junior lawyers.
- Support the team's learning and development strategy and help foster technical excellence across the department.
- Drive knowledge-sharing, legal innovation and the adoption of legal technology.
- Collaborate with colleagues across tax, property and dispute resolution to support integrated client advice.
A qualified Solicitor with 6+ years' PQE in Private Client law, or an established Professional Support Lawyer. Experienced across wills, trusts, estate planning and contentious probate. Passionate about mentoring, training and sharing knowledge with others.
