Working closely with partners and lawyers across the department, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping how legal knowledge is developed, shared and applied. From creating precedents and delivering training to supporting legal technology and process improvement, you'll help ensure the team continues to provide exceptional client service. Working collaboratively across the Property teams, you will: Develop, maintain and enhance high-quality precedents, templates and know-how resources. Provide technical guidance and legal research on complex property matters. Act as a trusted technical sounding board on issues including commercial leases, landlord and tenant, title matters, development work and residential conveyancing. Monitor legal and regulatory developments, ensuring the team remains up to date with legislative changes, including leasehold reform and SDLT. Design and deliver engaging training sessions, technical updates and learning programmes for solicitors, trainees and junior lawyers. Support the team's learning and development strategy and promote technical excellence across the department. Contribute to client seminars, legal updates, thought leadership, articles and business development initiatives. Drive knowledge-sharing, legal innovation and the adoption of legal technology. Identify opportunities to improve workflows, enhance efficiency and promote consistency across the Property teams. Collaborate with colleagues across other practice areas to support integrated client advice and departmental initiatives. You'll be: A qualified Solicitor with 6 years' PQE in Commercial Property, Residential Property, or a combination of both. An established Professional Support Lawyer or an experienced fee earner looking to transition into a knowledge-focused role. Technically strong, with excellent drafting, research and precedent development skills. A confident communicator who enjoys mentoring, training and supporting colleagues.
