Sellick Partnership is recruiting a Contentious Probate Paralegal in Farnborough.
You will support a specialist disputes team handling will validity disputes, inheritance Act claims and executor/trustee disputes with mentoring and clear career progression.
You’ll draft documents, liaise with clients and third parties, and assist with court applications and trial prep.
A Law degree (LLB) or equivalent is preferred and prior probate or dispute resolution experience is beneficial.
