We're working with a highly regarded regional law firm looking to recruit a Legal Assistant to join its busy Wills, Trusts & Probate team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced legal support professional looking to develop their career within Private Client law. You'll provide essential support to experienced fee earners while working on a broad range of wills, trusts and probate matters in a collaborative and supportive environment.
You'll be supporting matters including:
- Wills and estate planning
- Trust creation and administration
- Probate applications and estate administration
- Client correspondence and legal document preparation
- File management, compliance and billing support
You'll provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support, prepare legal documents and correspondence through audio and copy typing, manage diaries and appointments, liaise with clients and third parties, and help ensure matters are progressed efficiently while delivering an excellent client experience.
Previous experience as a Legal Assistant or Legal Secretary, ideally within a Private Client or Wills, Trusts & Probate team.
Fast and accurate audio and copy typing skills.
Experience using Microsoft Office and legal case management systems.
