Sellick Partnership is excited to be working with a highly ranked Legal 500 firm in Shrewsbury, who are seeking a Family Law Partner to join their expanding and highly regarded family team.This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking firm with a strong reputation in family law and a robust pipeline of high-value and complex cases.What you'll be doing:Leading on a broad range of family law matters, including divorce, financial settlements, children's cases, and complex high-net-worth disputes.Advising on dispute resolution strategies, collaborative law, mediation, and court proceedings.Managing complex cases often involving international elements and cross-jurisdictional issues.Driving business development efforts and expanding your own client portfolio with the support of the firm's strong marketing and BD team.Working closely with other departments such as private client and commercial teams to deliver integrated advice.Providing leadership and mentoring to junior lawyers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous development.Who we're looking for:An experienced family law solicitor currently operating at Partner level or a Senior Associate/Legal Director ready to take the next step.Someone with strong technical knowledge of family law and a proven track record of managing high-profile, complex cases.A confident and commercially minded individual, capable of building and maintaining client relationships at the highest level.Well-connected in the regional or national family law market.A collaborative leader who thrives in a team environment and has a forward-looking approach.In exchange, the firm offers a competitive salary and a generous benefits package.Apply nowIf you would like to hear more about this opportunity, please contact Aimee Mann at Sellick Partnership.
