An established and highly regarded law firm is seeking a Family Paralegal to join its growing Family Law team in Chelmsford. This is an excellent opportunity for a paralegal with 1-2 years' experience in family law who is looking to build their career within a supportive and professional environment.
The Role
- You will assist fee earners on a broad range of private family matters, including:
- Divorce and separation
- Financial remedy proceedings
- Private children matters
- Managing case files from instruction through to completion
- Drafting legal documents and correspondence
- Conducting legal research
- Liaising with clients, courts, and third parties
- Providing administrative and case support throughout
About You
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience as a Family Paralegal or within a family law team
- Strong understanding of family law procedures
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident communication and client care skills
