An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a highly regarded and busy dispute resolution team based in Reading. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a varied caseload of commercial disputes, including contract, shareholder, partnership, and professional negligence for a diverse range of clients from national corporates and SMEs to private individuals.

  • Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and High Court proceedings.
