My client, a leading Top 100 full-service law firm, are looking to expand their highly regarded Clinical Negligence team and are looking for solicitors from 2 PQE through to Senior Associate, Legal Director and Partner level. The firm has a very well established Clinical Negligence team across the south and is recognised for handling complex, high-value claims on behalf of individuals and families affected by serious medical negligence. Due to continued growth and ambitious expansion plans, the firm is now looking to strengthen its teams in Surrey or Hampshire.

The team are particularly renowned for its expertise in:

  • Maternity claims
  • Birth injury claims
  • Neonatal injury claims
  • Catastrophic and life-changing injury cases
  • Complex and high-value clinical negligence litigation

You will work alongside some of the most respected clinical negligence practitioners in the country, gaining exposure to exceptional quality work and benefiting from a genuinely collaborative and supportive culture.

About you:

  • A minimum of 2 years' PQE in claimant clinical negligence/medical negligence
  • Experience handling or assisting on complex clinical negligence matters
  • Senior candidates with a following, leadership experience, or aspirations to build and develop a team are also encouraged to apply. This can be discussed separately.
