EMPLOYMENT SOLICITOR – REMOTE ROLE
My client is looking for an Experienced Employment Solicitor to join the business. (ideally 10 years PQE+ ). They are a new model employment firm offering integrated support services including a dedicated legal advisory team, HR resources etc. To date, they have assisted over 650 businesses.
80-85% of the caseload will be employment litigation/tribunal work and 15-20% advisory work. You do not need to do your own advocacy except remote preliminary.
As there would be a lot of autonomy, you would need to be an experienced employment solicitor so you are confident to work from home with no supervision. That being said, you would be supported by the wider team who are always available to liaise with.
So far, the business has attracted talent from numerous top tier Legal 500 firms, who want more flexibility and a better work life balance.
