Are you an Employment Solicitor looking for locum/temp work? We have an opportunity for an Employment Solicitor to join a Legal 500 firm in Reading on a 12-month FTC as maternity cover.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offering day-to-day legal and HR guidance.
  • Assisting with internal disciplinary matters.
  • Advising on TUPE issues in transactions and outsourcing.
  • Handling employee terminations, settlements, and tax considerations.
  • Representing clients in tribunals for unfair dismissal and discrimination claims.
  • Managing wrongful dismissal and discrimination cases.
  • Delivering workshops and seminars on employment law.
  • Exposure to immigration and data protection issues.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor with 2-5 years PQE in Employment Law.
  • Ability to work independently.
