We are currently working with a Legal 500 ranked firm in London who is looking to recruit an Employment Police Federation Solicitor to join their team. This role offers a unique opportunity to provide comprehensive employment and discrimination law advice to senior officials within a prominent organisation.
Key Responsibilities:Provide first-stage legal analysis of employment claims and requests for advice, funding, and support, producing clear and comprehensive written reports to assist in funding determinations.Support the Claims Department in managing claims and relationships with panel solicitors.Assist in implementing a legal strategy to ensure a consistent approach to the provision of legal advice and support.Offer in-house advice and representation on employment matters to HR and on civil and cost matters as required.Candidate Profile:Three years of post-qualification experience in employment and discrimination law.Strong drafting and written communication skills.Excellent research and analytical abilities.Enthusiastic, committed, and professional approach to improving the legal knowledge and skills of fee-earners within the team.Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels and embody the organization's values.A desire to be involved in developing the practice and engaging in constant innovation and improvement.
