A highly reputable regional practice in Reading are currently seeking an Employment Partner to join their busy team on a full-time permanent basis.
Hybrid working is on offer.
Your New Role The successful Employment Solicitor will provide a high quality legal service on all aspects of employer led employment law including; Reviewing and drafting employment contract, policies, procedures and staff handbooks Advising on and drafting settlement discussions and COT3 agreements General HR/employment law issues such as disciplinary and grievance procedures, discrimination and whistleblowing Redundancy, restructure and TUPE matters My client would like someone who is ambitious and wants to help grow the team further.
Someone who enjoys business development would also be great.
About You The ideal candidate will; Be a qualified Solicitor with Employment Law experience (8 years PQE+) Have excellent verbal and written communication skills Have the ability to work unsupervised when necessary Be interested in networking and business development Management and supervisory skills In return, our client is offering a competitive salary with great benefits and a real opportunity to put their stamp on a fantastic team/firm.
