Your responsibilities will include:
- Provide strategic legal advice on complex employment issues like disputes, policies, and compliance.
- Lead and manage employment litigation and tribunal claims to achieve positive outcomes.
- Oversee the creation and review of contracts, policies, and employee handbooks.
