Sellick Partnership is excited to be working with a Legal 500 ranked firm who are looking for a Corporate Legal Director to join their team in Leeds or Manchester.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Guide the company on legal matters, align legal strategy with business goals, and advise senior leadership and the board.
  • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations, manage legal risks, support corporate governance, and oversee internal policies and ethics.
  • Oversee key contracts, negotiate deals, and support major transactions like mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships.
  • Lead the legal team, manage external counsel, and ensure efficient use of legal resources.

The successful candidate:

  • Extensive experience in corporate law.
