I'm currently supporting a Top-tier Legal 500 law firm, with an excellent reputation for delivering top-tier legal services, as they look to add a Corporate Associate to the team in Southampton. Key responsibilities:

  • Providing expert legal support on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, restructurings, and general corporate governance matters
  • Drafting and reviewing corporate documents including shareholder agreements, company policies, and other essential legal documentation
  • Advising clients on the legal implications of commercial transactions and business structures
  • Engaging with clients to understand their objectives and provide tailored pragmatic legal advice
  • Collaborating with senior solicitors and partners on complex corporate deals and projects
  • Leading negotiations, managing timelines, and maintaining a high standard of client service
