I'm currently supporting a Top-tier Legal 500 law firm, with an excellent reputation for delivering top-tier legal services, as they look to add a Corporate Associate to the team in Southampton. Key responsibilities:
- Providing expert legal support on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, restructurings, and general corporate governance matters
