We're looking for an experienced Conveyancing Secretary to support a busy conveyancing team in Liverpool. This is an immediate start role, ideal for someone who can hit the ground running and provide reliable short-term or ongoing support.

The role:

  • Providing secretarial support on residential conveyancing matters
  • Audio and copy typing of legal documents
  • Managing files, correspondence, and completion statements
  • Liaising with clients, solicitors, and third parties
  • General administrative support to the conveyancing team

You’ll need:

  • Previous experience as a Conveyancing Secretary
  • Strong typing and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a busy workload
  • Availability to start ASAP
