Sellick Partnership is excited to be working with a National Legal 500 ranked firm in Manchester who are looking for a Construction Legal Director/Partner to join their team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead and manage complex construction law matters, including project procurement, contracts, and disputes.
- Provide strategic legal advice on construction projects, risk management, and dispute resolution.
- Oversee and guide large-scale construction litigation, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) proceedings.
- Negotiate, draft, and review construction contracts, consultant appointments, and project-related documents.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring high-quality service and effective communication throughout the lifecycle of construction projects.
- Supervise and mentor junior lawyers, providing training and support in legal matters and career development.
- Contribute to the firm's business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, expanding client relationships, and enhancing the firm's profile.
