An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a highly regarded and busy dispute resolution team based in Reading. Responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload of commercial disputes, including contract, shareholder, partnership, and professional negligence matters.
- Advise a diverse range of clients from national corporates and SMEs to private individuals.
- Draft and prepare pleadings, witness statements, correspondence, and settlement agreements.
- Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and High Court proceedings.
- Work closely with senior lawyers on complex matters while maintaining responsibility for your own files.
- Contribute to business development and client relationship initiatives.
- Provide support and guidance to junior team members as required.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 4 years' post-qualification experience in commercial litigation.
