Property Paralegal in Colchester, Essex

Job Description An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Paralegal to join a highly regarded Property Securitisation team in Colchester, working at the forefront of the affordable housing sector. This is an exciting opportunity for a property-focused paralegal to work alongside experienced Partners and Solicitors on high-value transactions ranging from £1m to £500m, while taking responsibility for their own caseload and developing their technical property experience. You'll support a busy team across a variety of significant property transactions, with your workload likely to include: Identifying property titles and obtaining Land Registry documents Undertaking title checks, property due diligence and searches Obtaining information from Local Authorities and other third parties Helping coordinate and monitor significant transactions Ideally have previous property or conveyancing experience Have strong drafting and legal research skills Are confident using Word, Excel and Outlook Are proactive, resilient and keen to develop your career in property A 2:1 degree, LPC/CILEX experience or equivalent would be advantageous If you're a Property Paralegal looking to work on high-value transactions within a specialist and market-leading affordable housing team, this could be an excellent next step.
