Clinical Negligence Locum - Maternity Cover We are currently working with a well established law firm who are looking for an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor to provide maternity cover within their team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience handling Clinical Negligence claims, particularly those involving children and protected parties. The role will involve: Managing a caseload of Clinical Negligence claims Handling claims involving children and protected parties Progressing matters from initial instruction through to conclusion Working closely with clients and other professionals involved in the claims Providing a high level of client care throughout The ideal candidate will have: Solid experience in Clinical Negligence Previous experience managing claims involving children and protected parties The ability to manage their own caseload effectively Strong communication and organisational skills Experience working independently within a busy team This is a maternity cover locum opportunity and would suit an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor who is available for a longer term assignment.
