Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and managing the residential conveyancing department
- Overseeing a full caseload of residential property matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity
- Supervising, mentoring, and developing junior fee earners and support staff
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining high service standards
- Driving departmental performance and contributing to business growth

About You:
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced fee earner
