A reputable and growing law firm in Chester is seeking an experienced Head of Residential Conveyancing to lead its established property team. Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and managing the residential conveyancing department
- Overseeing a full caseload of residential property matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity
- Supervising, mentoring, and developing junior fee earners and support staff
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining high service standards
- Driving departmental performance and contributing to business growth
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, agents, and other stakeholders
About You:
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced fee earner
- Strong background in residential conveyancing with proven technical expertise
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role
- Confident managing both a caseload and a team
