I am working with a key client of mine, a boutique family law firm based in Bournemouth, recognised in the Legal 500 for their expertise and client-focused approach.

They are looking for a Family Paralegal to join their specialist family law team. This is an excellent opportunity for a paralegal looking to develop their career within a high-quality practice, working closely with experienced family solicitors on a varied and interesting caseload.
Family Paralegal Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting fee earners with a broad range of private family law matters, including divorce, financial remedies, private children matters, and cohabitation disputes
- Drafting legal documents, correspondence, and court forms
- Managing files from inception to conclusion under supervision
- Conducting legal research and preparing bundles for court hearings
- Liaising with clients, counsel, courts, and other professionals in a professional and empathetic manner
- Ensuring files are maintained in accordance with compliance and regulatory requirements
