Salary: £45,000- £55,000
Location: Flexible / Office-Based
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Overview of the Private Client Practitioner Role
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Practitioner to join a friendly and supportive legal team within a well-established and respected law firm.

Key Responsibilities of the Private Client Practitioner Will Include
- Managing a diverse private client caseload independently
- Drafting Wills and providing estate planning advice
- Preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Advising on Probate and Estate Administration matters
- Assisting clients with Trust creation and administration
- Providing clear, practical, and professional legal advice
- Maintaining excellent client relationships and standards of client care
- Working collaboratively with colleagues while managing your own caseload effectively
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements
Required Experience/Qualifications of the Private Client Practitioner Position Will Include
- Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX)
- 3-8 PQE
- Proven experience handling a full private client caseload independently
- Strong technical knowledge across private client matters
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Outstanding communication and client care abilities
- Professional, proactive, and client-focused approach
- STEP membership, or working towards a STEP qualification, would be advantageous but is not essential
