Residential Conveyancing Locum - Birmingham | Hybrid Working | 3 Months+
Sellick Partnership is currently recruiting for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Locum to join a well-established law firm in Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly and supportive team on a 3 month locum assignment, starting mid to late August, while the firm recruits on a permanent basis. There is a strong possibility that the assignment will be extended beyond the initial term.
The Role:
- Managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
- Handling sales, purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages and other general residential property matters
- Providing support to the wider property team as required
- Hybrid working available
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience handling a residential conveyancing caseload with minimal supervision
- Able to hit the ground running
- Available to start mid to late August, or shortly thereafter
- Strong communication and organisational skills
