Responsibilities

  • Advise a broad range of clients—including developers, contractors, consultants, funders, investors and corporate clients—on all construction matters.
  • Handle contentious and non‑contentious construction matters, including dispute resolution and adjudications.
  • Draft and negotiate contracts, provide procurement advice and support development and infrastructure projects.
  • Provide risk management support across the construction portfolio.
  • Engage in business development and client relationship management.
  • Provide team leadership and support the continued expansion of the firm’s construction offering.
