A long standing and well‑established Legal 500 multi service firm are looking to add a Legal Director to join its growing Corporate team in Basingstoke. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a thriving boutique practice with an outstanding reputation for delivering high‑quality legal advice to a diverse client base.
You'll work alongside experienced partners and solicitors on a broad range of complex, high‑value corporate transactions while enjoying genuine opportunities for progression as the team continues to expand. You will advise a broad spectrum of clients, including owner‑managed businesses, SMEs, entrepreneurs and investors, on a variety of corporate matters, including:
- Mergers and acquisitions
- Company sales and acquisitions
- Management buyouts and buy‑ins
- Shareholder agreements and corporate restructures
- Joint ventures
- General company law and governance matters
What could make you stand out?
- Qualified Solicitor, Lawyer or Legal Executive with 8+ years' PQE in Corporate law (but if you have less PQE I would still encourage you to apply)
