We're working with a highly regarded regional law firm looking to recruit an Employment Paralegal to join its busy and growing Employment team. This is an excellent opportunity for a paralegal looking to develop their career within employment law, supporting employer clients on a broad range of non-contentious employment and HR advisory matters. You'll work alongside experienced employment lawyers while gaining exposure to high-quality work in a supportive and collaborative environment.
You’ll be supporting matters including:
- Drafting employment contracts, staff handbooks and workplace policies
- Preparing consultancy agreements and employment documentation
- Supporting HR advisory work, including disciplinary, grievance and performance management matters
- Employment law compliance and documentation audits
- Legal research and keeping up to date with changes in employment legislation
- Managing your own caseload of lower-risk advisory matters with appropriate supervision
You’ll work closely with experienced lawyers, liaise directly with business clients, and help deliver practical, commercially focused employment law advice while building your technical knowledge and client-facing experience.
