A long standing and well-established Legal 500 multi service firm are looking to add a Legal Director to join its growing Corporate team in Basingstoke. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a thriving boutique practice with an outstanding reputation for delivering high-quality legal advice to a diverse client base.

• Management buyouts and buy-ins
• General company law and governance matters
• Qualified Solicitor, Lawyer or Legal Executive with 8+ years' PQE in Corporate law (but if you have less PQE I would still encourage you to apply)
• Competitive salary of £80,000-£90,000, depending on experience
• High-quality Legal 500 work with exposure to complex transactions
• Clear career progression within a growing boutique Corporate team
