Corporate Solicitor | £55,000-£65,000 | Basingstoke A highly regarded law firm is looking to appoint a Corporate Solicitor to join its growing team in Basingstoke . This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded solicitor to join a well-established practice and work on a broad range of high-quality corporate matters , with the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility and develop strong client relationships. The role will involve: Working on a range of M&A and general corporate transactions . Drafting, reviewing and negotiating key transaction documents. Advising clients throughout the transaction process. Undertaking legal due diligence. Managing matters with increasing autonomy. Working closely with senior members of the team on more complex transactions. Building and maintaining strong client relationships. Contributing to business development and networking activities. They're ideally looking for a qualified solicitor with 3-6 years' PQE gained within private practice, with strong experience across M&A and general corporate work . Candidates with around 2 years' PQE may also be considered where they have particularly strong experience, including experience within a Legal 500-recognised team . You will need to be based within approximately one hour of Basingstoke . The salary is £55,000-£65,000 , depending on experience and PQE, with additional benefits available.
