You'll handle a broad range of private client matters, including:

- Will drafting
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Probate and estate administration
- Tax and succession planning
- Inheritance tax advice
- Trust administration matters
- Advising clients on a range of private client issues
- Managing files from instruction through to completion

\n
The role offers a varied caseload, direct client contact, and the opportunity to build long-term relationships with individuals and families.

\nAbout You\n
\n
\n
The successful candidate will:
\n

- Be a Solicitor or Legal Executive with approximately 1-6 years' PQE
- Have experience managing a private client caseload
- Possess strong technical knowledge across private client matters
- Be able to explain complex legal issues in a clear and practical manner
- Have excellent communication and client care skills
- Be organised with strong attention to detail
- Be capable of managing competing deadlines effectively
- Work well both independently and as part of a team
